If you want to get the most out of your suspension and reduce wear buy this
Fitted to my '95 van and has virtually no body roll, steering is much tighter. Now you can turn corners 10 mph faster and hold your line. Seems expensive front and rear but for more expensive cars strut inserts are 500-1k. Great upgrade for the money. Some other companies have a more structured design, but the quick-release buckle on this one makes it convenient to carry things around and you don't have to unpack them when you're doing something.
