love the color (mine is coffee brown), love the size (big enough to hold enough stuff), love the different pockets. Unfortunately, the other reviewer was right when he said this bag was uncomfortable. The straps are only attached to one side of the bag so it wobbles oddly when hung like a normal wallet. It doesn't hang nicely at all like in the promotional photo. I bought this because I liked the idea of switching between backpack straps and a handbag. I'm sorry this isn't a switch that can be done quickly and, bam, you're done. No, you need time to unbuckle the straps and figure out how the heck they go, and that's not a quick process. I wanted to keep it because I love the colors of the bag and the fabric of the canvas but the design isn't perfect. I have decided to return mine.
