Review on Portzon by Chris Wagner

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Portzon, an online retailer that sells sports and exercise equipment, was less than stellar. It was impossible to tell the quality of the tools based on the website's design, the lack of product details, and the poor quality of the accompanying images. Poor quality meant that my new weight training gear quickly broke down after just a few workouts. Furthermore, the prices were rather steep, and there were no discounts or special offers to help make the machinery more reasonable. Shipping was another letdown, with items coming damaged from inadequate packaging and a lengthy delay in delivery. When I complained about the subpar quality of the tools, the customer care representatives were rude and uninformed. As a whole, shopping for sports and fitness equipment at Portzon's website was a terrible experience, and I would not suggest it to anyone. Website design is poor, goods are overpriced and of low quality, and support is inadequate.
