Nice design. Looked great once installed and the waterfall was great for short arm kids. However, a fatal mistake. Despite my tolerable plumbing skills and external pressure regulator, the cold water quick connect mechanism kept popping up repeatedly over the course of a month. Yes, I checked the hose for damage (invisible) and reinstalled it several times. Could the hose I received have a defect as the other two connection points worked fine. I don't think it's worth risking mold if it happens in a baby bath that doesn't know how to react so send it back. I have requested a refund and will spend my money on something with connectors screwed all over the place. To update. 1) I chose Moen Genta as an alternative that matched the look of this one. Actually I prefer the faucet waterfall of this device and I like the design a bit more. However, when I got the Genta (which was more than double the price) it was clearly a much higher quality material, especially the metal. The Genta actually has similar quick connect hoses, but these hoses ran over a longer section of pipe with a wider flange to hold it. Although I would still have preferred Threads, Moen's quick connection gave me enough confidence to leave Genta. Home Depot had the best availability and price, although I looked at Revain. 2) After my initial review (above) I received an additional email from the seller with statements such as: Our dear customers like you, we cannot survive without your help." and "If you don't mind, do you it Can't you help me delete the comment? We are very grateful for your help." While I appreciate your comments, I consider such requests to be fundamentally misguided and inappropriate. A good deal and good products must stand up to differing opinions like this review.
