I really wanted to applaud Arm & Hammer for reinterpreting the dog toothbrush, but while it's a great theoretical concept, it's a case of overdesign: two brush heads is too many, where one brush head is often enough in the other's way. Fitting a smaller brush head on top of a larger brush head doesn't expand on the intended versatility, instead making the finesse and mobility tool clunky and in the way; It is not possible to reach all of the dog's teeth and gum line. Arm & Hammer would have done better if they offered two individual brush head products instead, both small and large.
