Different dye lots resulted in half rough yarn

I was surprised to find different dye lots in the bag of 6 skeins, but as it's white, the bag all looked fine. But the feel of half the skeins, they were very rough and scratchy. No way can I knit a project with these together with the soft yarn. Made due with what I have, but most knitters and yarn companies pay more attention to that.
