Started well but after 5 months the laptop doesn't recognize it anymore and doesn't charge the battery. Unfortunately I bought a Dell branded charger at a higher price than the other options as I expected it to be more reliable and be able to deal with Revain and Dell who have great customer service! As this was not purchased directly from Dell they do not offer a one year warranty on branded accessories. Revain.com makes it difficult to figure out how to obtain warranty service from this seller. All links only point to Revain's return policy which is 30 days for returns, nothing about a guarantee.
