This material is excellent for machine embroidery. I'm making a blanket, machine embroidery on every other square. This fabric keeps the stitches even and keeps the fabric taut in the hoop (unless the fabric is too thin. If so, I put a strip of paper towel between the top of the fabric and the hoop). The fleece washes out and doesn't tear when I have to rip open the seams. While sewing, I found this Pellon stabilizer moves smoothly and does not bind or stick to the machine causing the tire to slip and distorting the entire structure. (I had a different type of stabilizer that acted like glue on the sewing plate and immediately created dirt. ) I'm new to sewing and messed things up a bit. Nice,
