Switched to Skylake 6700K from an old Intel Q8400@3.4Ghz. I expected to notice a significant difference, but in reality it is not just significant, but colossal. Now the PC can really be called multitasking, fast, and the system is truly responsive. Working in Adobe Premier Pro, Vegas Pro and other professional applications is now a pleasure, games also do not cause any issues with the processor. The Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed: Unity and other "heavy" projects 6700K digests effortlessly, leaving a large reserve of power for other background tasks and this without overclocking. As a minus, I noted the thermal interface under the heat spreader cover. Perhaps solder would have been more preferable, but the temperatures were pleasantly pleased. In combination with the air Noctua NH-C14, connected via an Ultra Low Noise adapter, the processor heats up to 28-30 degrees at idle, and reaches 57-61 degrees at full load. As a result, I am very satisfied with the purchase, the performance is enough and in abundance, and given the presence of the "K" index in the model name, it will last for a very long time.
