This microphone is helping me to make online kids feel like part of our private class. I use a swing arm to deploy it so the class can communicate live with the kids. Online kids can hear the whole class. I had to spend 2 days in quarantine and listening from home I could hear EVERYTHING in class. I turned the volume down when I got back. When I got home I asked the class to be quiet and apparently I heard the kids in the hall and NOT my class. The microphone is in the back of the room behind a plexiglass barrier! I wish there was a great way to mute the mic. But, hey, I just have to be careful about muting Google Meet. I found that adding some soft padding under both sides of the clamps helps them stay attached to the table. Very satisfied especially since I got it for less than $35. .
