Oh no, this box wasn't what I needed or expected. I needed a ring box to propose to my girlfriend. First, this box is HUGE in person. Yes, it's my fault for not checking the measurements, but it doesn't look that big in any of the photos, and I never expected the ring box to be that huge. Second, it opens and closes with one click. I actually caught my finger on the back of the box opening it and it was bad enough that I started bleeding. I also never expected that the ring box would be difficult to open or close, or that it would be so cruel! Third, and perhaps most importantly, the lights didn't actually work. I say it "actually" didn't work because it's on when I press the padding next to the light, but when I opened the box it never worked. In my opinion, this completely defeats the purpose of buying this type of box. If the light had worked well I might not have sent it back but between the massive box hurting me and the light not working I had to give up! I ended up going with a plain velvet blue box and it worked great! Thank goodness Amazon Prime as I needed a quick replacement!
