Review on BangQiao by Brian Dildine

As I perused BangQiao's website in search of some new planters for my backyard, I had great expectations for them. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience with this internet store. The first issue was poor customer service. The personnel was indifferent and unhelpful when I asked them several questions regarding the things I was interested in. It took several days for me to hear back, and when I did, the responses were cryptic and unhelpful. I made the decision to proceed with my order despite the subpar customer assistance. Unfortunately, the things I got were of poor quality. The planters did not resemble the fashionable styles shown on the website, and the nursery pots I ordered were flimsy and badly made. Additionally, the things arrived late, which was annoying. To make matters worse, when I attempted to get in touch with BangQiao to voice my displeasure and ask for a refund, I was treated with even more silence. Even then, the answer provided was insufficient and it took multiple tries and weeks of waiting to get a response. I was quite dissatisfied with my overall BangQiao experience. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth because of the subpar items, subpar customer service, and lack of reaction. To anyone looking for high-quality garden and lawn care supplies and services, I would not suggest this online company.
