So all in all this is a bracelet, it's actually quite strong, it will hold your phone tightly and you don't have to worry about it falling, now that everyone says I'm a relative skinny guy (not an arm bodybuilder or anything) and after lifting weights I literally can't wear a bandage. For short women, skinny men and children this would be a fantastic headband but remember if you are muscular or have large arms this is not the option you want as it is quite constricting. I just measured my arm and I have a 15 inch bicep so it might be worth measuring your arm and if your arm is larger I wouldn't recommend this one. Although I find it hard to give it a bad rating as I would be very happy with it if it was a better fit.
