These brushes are essential - they do a decent job (stay soft for a long time). I use tongue gel with this brush and then a tongue scraper to remove bad breath. Then I brush my teeth with Sensodyne, floss and then rinse with Therabreath. This ritual using these objects was taught to me by my barber in New York who could no longer breathe a dragon and unexpectedly told me how the process worked for him. I realized he was offering me a try without saying it. I was very ashamed but it was just what I needed. Who can say their barber has cured them of a lifetime of bad breath!?
