This set of pots and pans is the best I've ever had. The bottom of the pan is heated evenly, so if you're cooking chicken, for example, all the pieces will be cooked the same way; When you cook rice, the whole batch comes out fine, not our old pots that got a little burned and some left raw. The lids are also perfect for pots. Handles on lids and pot handles stay so cool you don't need oven mitts to hold them. We love the look of the wooden knobs and knobs and the hammered texture of the pots. Such a great price - and I would pay a lot more for this quality! Also, their customer service reps are the best!
