The customer support team is extremely knowledgeable about their products/services which makes it easier for them to provide you with service when needed (which I have never experienced wen using other companies).

They charge quite high prices but they do include monthly backups of your website files in case something happens; this has been very valuable! Nothing as such - everything seems great at first look so far :P However if there are any issues that arise we get contacted by one of our account managers within 24 hours or less time :).
