I bought the turbotoes in black (small size) and they were too big for my 8ft height. I returned them. Then I bought gray ones (very small) but they are still too big so I'm sending them back. At the same time, they are high quality steel toe caps for shoes. I have small feet or the shoes I wear them with are too small. You can definitely feel the steel on your toes, but I guess it just depends on what shoes you're wearing underneath. I work in a distribution warehouse and we always have to wear some kind of steel sock. I was hoping they would fit so I could wear one of my shoes to work but no, I'll have to stick with regular steel socks. They were too big for me to wear, walk normally and feel comfortable in. But again, these are high-quality cases. Maybe they should make an extra extra small one?
