This product is essential for those who frame their crafts in a traditional setting. I use these self-adhesive boards on all of my cross stitch designs before framing because they prevent the framed fabric from wrinkling. The fabric remains smooth and beautiful even after a year. In my experience with these boards, they don't stain the fabric; I only discovered them a few years ago, but so far so good. They are also very easy to use. It may take a few tries to get everything smooth and level, but the great thing is that after sticking the fabric can be lifted again without destroying the fabric or the panel - it will retain its tack.
