I like that it is so easy for you can create tickets online in seconds without having an account or credit card details required! Also very useful if we have events every week which are short of time because there isn't enough staff at one point but need them working together next day - tickets let us do just that. It's not as good when trying to use mobile devices such as phones/tablets where sometimes things don’t work properly due to different screen sizes etc.. Make sure all your team knows how to log into the web portal (easier than ever) otherwise some people might be confused by what needs inputting? For example names & email address could potentially confuse users who think their login credentials aren't correct even though everything looks fine through normal desktop browser windows?!
