Overall great customer service, quick response and help. The main unit is better than expected, definitely a great $80 buy! Excellent Android functionality and reasonable sound! It's definitely a goalkeeper! Here are a few things to keep in mind: Everything works as it should, but there are hangs here and there. It feels like I'm using a smartphone or tablet that's a few years old. The screen is a TN panel, so the viewing angles aren't great. The situation is exacerbated if the double din connector in your car is slanted, like mine (2012 Toyota Prius). There's an IPS display head unit like the $250 ATOTO A6 Pro. The touchscreen is more than adequate in terms of sharpness and touch response. However, the touch buttons (left) register slowly or sometimes become unresponsive. I set mine up to work with steering wheel controls. But if you don't have that luxury, I'd go for a head unit with physical buttons. You have to press a couple of times to register, making it difficult to adjust the volume while driving. It's annoying. Bluetooth audio (music) works great but the phone call part doesn't work. It will be difficult for people to hear you. The built-in microphone is not very good, there is no possibility to connect an external microphone. - Sound quality close to any factory head unit (with built-in amplifier). That's enough for me. Google Music Play apps are causing strange volume issues. The audio gradually flattens out (same volume level) at level 17 and jumps to level 18. This happens every time music is played. It seems that radio or other music player apps (like AIMP) are not affected or not as prominent as Google Music Play. - If you own a Toyota gen3 Prius, no interface box is required to connect the steering wheel controller. Locate the 28-pin connector (behind the factory radio), locate the red (pin #21), green (pin #22), and pink (pin #23) wires. They are next to each other. Touch the red and green wires and connect them to the #1 and #1 buttons. 2 on the Android main unit wiring harness. Pink (pin number 23) - ground wire. If you don't ground this pink wire (pin #23), you will also lose control of the right steering wheel.
