I have not used it yet because I received a similar one, but without chewing gum, in a gift bag from the orthodontist. I bought them because everyone with Invisalign or similar raves about them. I'm so glad they do these things because they got me trying to get my aligners out with my fingers and it was SO HARD! I don't have nails either. Then they let me try to remove the aligners again but with a pulley. Let me tell you, it was MUCH easier! Do not get me wrong. Removing the upper aligners is still difficult (at least for me), but it would be worse if I didn't have this device. for some time; but the further I go with my aligners and they get harder to squeeze, the less gummy bears I have. I'll probably wait to buy them just in case the orthodontist gives you one and some gum (like mine). You could save a few dollars!
