I like that it has many features for different types or sizes companies (such as small businesses). It is easy to use if you know how an interactive voice response system works; however there are some things in terms user friendlyness not explained very well by their support team which can be confusing at times when using certain functions such software updates etc.; also sometimes they do slow down your call waiting time so try another provider! Customer service from verasapce was great - but could improve with more training/support staff available especially during peak periods / weekends & holidays..
