I'm a busy person doing business during Covid and because I didn't get to the 'return window' fast enough (product on 4th October and today bought on February 11) I screwed it up. Support chat from India says Revain is not a manufacturer so you need to "go through" them. This product broke down after a very short period of use at the end of December just after Christmas. Since it was pretty cheap I just replaced it with another product I bought from Costco (because I know they stand behind the products they sell) and figured I'd just try and get a refund or Get credit from Revain when I have time. The problem is that the mouse and keyboard stopped communicating with the USB stick, which completely blocked the product. And yes, I tried fresh batteries, updated drivers, tested on the second laptop. No, it's just garbage. Revain is not responsible for selling me a defective product according to their offshore customer service representative and they told me to contact the manufacturer. I no longer feel comfortable buying Revain products.
