For those with older digital cameras, including early 2.1 megapixel Nikon Coolpix models like mine, this is the perfect add-on to capture at least 3 dozen photos in "normal" capture and save resolution. For first-time Nikon Coolpix owners: Visit Nikon's corporate/official website, contact customer service/technical department and ask for a downloadable update for your cameras that allows you to use Compact Flash cards up to 4GB (gigabytes) can use. The update is not easy to find and sometimes it doesn't show up on the website, but it's available and it's FREE. Just ask for it and you will receive the download link via email. After that, all you have to do is plug your camera into your computer, click download and you're done.
