The technical support is excellent! Very knowledgeable staff with great problem solving skills who are always willing to go above what's needed for our customers success (and sometimes even beyond).

I have been able to deploy several new software applications in their environment without any issues or downtime using BlueLock technology products. We recently deployed an application that was very complex from multiple vendors into one "hybrid" platform running all within Microsoft Azure. This has proven itself over time because it works so well together across both platforms - but more importantly we never hit anything other than minor hiccups along the way which were resolved quickly by them.
