This controller can easily replace the official Pro Controller. It doesn't have NFC, but the buttons and movements are nice. It took me a minute to get used to where the stick is for my female hands, but overall it's still comfortable. Being able to turn the turbo on and off for each key(s) so easily is a godsend when you're stacking a few things or wishing for stars. The material and the processing of the controller feel very solid. In a fit, I threw the controller onto the sofa, causing one of the triggers to fly off. But it was still fully functional. I couldn't find the missing part so I contacted the company directly. Their representative quickly called me back and patiently took my information. And even warned me that delivery might take a long time due to Covid. It took that slow boat from China, but this part finally got to me free of charge after about 2 months. And the part clicked back with no problem! Excellent customer service! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a basic wireless controller for their Switch. The bonus is that it also works for PC/iOS/Android. Customer service is excellent.
