I have traveled with this bag several times and love it. The reason I don't give it a perfect score is that on the first ride the headphone jack cable slipped and I couldn't use the headphones through my bag. On the second ride, the same thing happened to the charging port cable. I was able to reattach it, but the headphone jack seems a bit more difficult to fix. It was frustrating that such a unique feature failed so early in the bag's life. My advice, if you plug a charging cable or headphones into these ports, do so very carefully. Otherwise great bag.
