Size medium short, fits 29" waist, 35.5" hips, 133 lbs, 5'4". Pants are not in the Waist, they go below the navel.With such sizes it is possible to fasten a zipper and a button, but you will have to tinker with a button.You can bend, move without problems.Hips, pant legs fit normally.Ski boots probably will not fit, but they will fit. in the snow or with hiking boots. Thin underwear can be worn underneath but is not necessary. Smooth fleece lining. Nice look and great price. I am happy with the purchase. Note: Large sizes are not for medium and short sizes suitable.
