This is a good little device that works for one or two people, that's why I bought it. Also, it has removable/interchangeable plates and can be a panini press or waffle maker (I don't know what I would ever use the 3rd triangular plates for). - The plates are very easy to remove - push the button and they just pop out - I wish there was a better way to store them though. They are non-stick coated so should not be stacked on top of each other. I think it might ruin the optics. For the moment I have kept the records in their original cardboard sleeves in the box. - I'm not sure if the lights work as advertised. When making waffles, the green light came on while the batter was still raw. The lights went out again and came back on a few times before I felt like the waffles were done. The panini press doesn't last much. It will make a VERY flat sandwich (don't plan on toasting something big like Ruben as there just isn't enough space. Overall I'm disappointed. I think it's overpriced given the limitations I see in this product. The best thing about this product is how easy the panels are to remove and install, but everything else about this item is just dismal.
