Assemble the device and it works well, the pressure is good. You definitely need a regulator unless you need 10,000psi. We use it for a special gear with 00 grease. But the package did not include a z-fitting for the grease gun handle. Not a big problem, but you have to buy it. The box says it comes with a kit, but it doesn't.
