judging by other reviews and for the price this seemed like a great deal. However, the toner status shows 50% left, but the cartridges appear to be almost empty. Shaking the cartridge improves the print quality somewhat, so I suspect they aren't accurately reporting the amount of toner left, and based on our print numbers, they didn't have the amount of toner they should have either.
