Item arrived safe and sound, fast delivery but it didn't fit the rubber rings correctly so I had to put the original rings in. When I thought everything was assembled well it was leaking so I opened it up again to adjust and noticed the filter was coming apart at the seams. I didn't really think about it as I just put it back together and it doesn't leak. I drained and tested the water and nothing changed from regular tap water to so called filtered water so I couldn't go back as it was open. waste of time and money. It is necessary to boil water even if I use this filter.
