Buy it like at auction because my Shure se215 IEM is very old. I have had the se215 for almost seven years now with heavy use several times a week. My original reason for buying the KZ AS10 was that I was starting to sing a lot more and found the 215 to be slightly fuzzy. or not very clear with my voice unless it is very balanced. Bass: Lausanne sound, shouldn't be that strong, but has a well-balanced presence. Low-Mid: Sits quite well, but is too loud. in particular, they can be too strong and sometimes produce a cheap plastic sound. Especially between 800 Hz and 1 kHz. High Mids: Some people have reported that they are quite smooth, but I found them quite harsh at times. Depending on the source material, they tend to have quite a bit of hiss and distorted guitars are a little more annoying to hear. Tons of diverse source material to make these frequency notes as easy to understand as possible. Some of the sources I listen to were the 1994 Jurassic Park soundtrack in Hi-Res, Breaking Benjamin in Hi-Res, peripherals and being primarily an adoring guitarist I listened to a lot of the tracks we use in addition to some of the specific ones we play often. I also played a Journey game with them and finally did some time tracking with them today. Upgrade your earbuds to foam. I will update my review once my upgraded wired and foam headphones arrive.
