I like that it has all my business needs in one place - no more searching for different apps to use! It's easy enought you can train your team quickly so they are able navigate their way around without any help from IT or support staff (which isn't always available). There could be better integration with 3rd party applications such as QuickBooks which would make life easier but this was not an issue when we were using our old solution before switching over completely last year/year end 2018-2019 timeframe? We have been very happy since then because everything just works well together now instead having multiple systems working separately etc.?
