I ended up buying 7 different cartridges and sending them back. Everything turned upside down. I thought two of these would be usable but once installed the cartridges flooded the system with charcoal dust. Because these cartridges were shipped in a plain bag with no shock protection, it is unknown if the cartridges were damaged originally or damaged in transit. However, shipping without impact protection seems incredibly unwise. Now we are looking for a new supplier.
