Extech: Rotating the dial doesn't always work. I had to twist it back and forth (several times) to turn it on. The continuity test buzzer sometimes doesn't work when I touch wires, so I question its validity (and other settings) during testing. Revain/UPS: Would help if the return process was simpler. I don't have a printer right now (the ones I've had have always had the ink dry out or the nozzles clogged). I urgently need a multimeter. I believe your return policy should allow customers to receive a new item and have sufficient time after receipt before returning the old one.
