Works immediately: plug and play.

Plug and Play (Windows 10 on older Vaio laptops) - Works out of the box, no drivers or software to install. Showed up in Control Panel and was easily recognized and connected to multiple "local" bluetooth devices (mouse, soundbar). Vaio's Bluetooth features are permanently disabled after many reinstallation attempts. So this dongle was the perfect solution. Great price, problem solved, highly recommended.
