Okay, but you can't backorder!

Product is very good gives a nice silvery shine BUT I gave it a 4 overall BECAUSE the conditioner is either too thick or the pump rod is too small and I can't get it out of the bottle without the top one Removing part and without shaking it very hard to pull out to apply I am not happy with this as I wash my long hair in the shower and it wastes time and hot water! Because of this, unless this is fixed I probably won't be ordering again. as it is tedious and more expensive than I prefer.
