I don't write many reviews and prefer to read reviews from people who have been using the product for a while, but for that I have to make an exception. I can't say anything about the durability of the device, I've only had it for a few days. The only way to describe it is simply amazing. I bought it because of unpleasant odors from pets like urine. It's a long story, but I have a house that smelled strongly of ammonia from dog urine, to the point where it was impossible to breathe. It not only took care of the smell of urine, but also eliminated the musty smell when smoking cigarettes. I have tried all sorts of chemical treatments for pet urine but nothing has worked. This house will likely require a few treatments, but the improvement in just a few is amazing. You have no idea how bad it was. I don't have asthma but now I know how a person with it feels. Yes, ozone smells different and it lingers a bit but goes away quickly, 90% in a few hours and the rest every other day. Haven't used it on the worst part of the house yet as I have to lift the carpet but the results so far give me confidence that the house can be saved. If anything changes I'll update it, but for now all I can say is Wow.
