Not accurate enough

I used this to measure the pH of kombucha. I've been using it for about a month and have found that the accuracy doesn't last long. Unfortunately the last day of return was June 10th. If I could still return that counter, I would. I will purchase another gauge and watch the return window if it doesn't suit my needs. I have worked in a clinical laboratory and am familiar with the use of this type of instrument. I believe that the counter is not working properly, not the user of the counter.
