Great product for recessed lights
This is a great product that is easy to fit into an existing canister body. Just remove the old bulb and trim ring. Then screw the pigtail into the lamp holder, compress the springs and insert into the lamp. Easy! Because LEDs are closer to the ceiling than traditional incandescent bulbs (whose emitters are a few inches further back), they emit more usable light than LAMPS (LED or otherwise) of the same wattage. Good product.
