The most useful part is that it's web enabled, which allows us to access our data from anywhere in the world. I wish there was more of an interface with other systems we use such as Oracle. It also seems like they could improve their customer support by having someone available 24/7 if needed. Make sure you have some sort of backup plan because this system has been very reliable so far but things can go wrong sometimes. We've used this product since 2007 when it first came out and never had any major issues until now. When we started using PAS, we realized how much easier it would be to manage all aspects of our business online rather than going through several paper documents every time. I like the ease of use and how easy it was to train my mechanics on the software. I would like to see it continue to grow and evolve. I wish the software was a bit more intuitive. I wish I could have more options to customize the software to my liking. I would highly recommend the software to any company who is looking for an easy to use aircraft maintenance management software. It was easy to train my mechanics on the software and they were able to use it to their fullest potential.
