For $200-$300, it makes a great second monitor. It is LED, has a frequency of 75Hz, can twist and turn. It has all the features you need as a second monitor. Compared to the $860 4k monitor I bought that only lasted 3 weeks, this monitor is great. The only downside I would point out is the lack of built-in audio and only one HDMI port, which is quite unfortunate as it can be used as a gaming monitor if it has an additional HDMI port. Overall, this is definitely one of the best second monitors you will ever need.
