works half the time or doesn't work at all.

Replacement was easy. The shaft does not bind or activate half the time. (no voltage lag issues on my end) I would recommend a genuine Kubota OEM. Exchange for OEM, no problem. There are no problems with the seller. The delivery was on time and well packaged. Just not a very well made product.
