I now have 1 hand grater from Pampered Chef's multi year party so you know I paid way too much for it! I mean it's high quality, but it was insanely expensive. And here's this set, and you know what? They work. The edges are sharp enough to grate carrots and cheese. While the grips are comfortable and strong, the metal is a bit thinner and lighter than I'm used to, so I'll be careful with that. The knife is also sharp and functional but its design is different from the one I used. be backup. Are these tools of the highest quality and best?
