Being able to share content across multiple devices/platforms at once which has helped my organization communicate better internally without having too many people working remotely or being out of state from our office location! I dislike that when sharing documents online it doesn't allow me access until after someone else opens them first if we're both using different platforms (eBook reader vs Computer).
It was easy enough learning about trainuall's services but figuring everything worked together took some time getting used to so please be patient during this transition period while also trying things yourself before asking questions!! We have been utilizing their products since April 2016 now however there were no issues prior then just trial & error type stuff happening over phone calls etc..
