The speed control machine overestimates the speed - it brought the room to 23, in theory, the speed should drop by min and just maintain the pace, but no, it will increase by max, then it will decrease slightly. The norm is controlled only manually, they need to be adjusted periodically. You turn on the turbo mode - instead of just quickly bringing it to 23, it sets 18 and drives up to 18, you turn off the pace back to 23, it does not return, it remains set to 18.
