Like it but it's too much, super hard jets, super soft and something in between. Once you get the hang of it, you'll use it after every meal. If like me you're obsessed with good oral hygiene, take this, use after meals, discard food from between your teeth. I also use it to rinse the sockets of my wisdom teeth, I just removed them and they should stay clean. Please be careful what you carry as this thing is powerful and will throw food and water everywhere. In the beginning I had pieces of a shell and a shirt, now I've learned to turn it inside out or do it in the shower.
