After talking with an employee of the warranty department for gaming devices, I decided to take all such wired versions of G Pro (now there are 6 thousand on the market, I don’t see the point in paying extra for G pro X another 4 thousand for blue voice). I'm also present etc. I tried different ports and different settings - background noise incomplete silence was still present. Since I still have a sound card from my previous hyperX headphones, I decided to try it with it and the most interesting thing is nowcomplete silence and no extraneous noise.
