When installing, not all devices install the software. I thought that it was not compatible with W10, but it turned out to be something else - the adapter does not detect wireless networks. Go to "control panel" - "system and security" - "administration" and start "services". In the list, find the "WLAN AutoConfig Service" service. Opposite it should be written "Working". If it does not work for you, then right-click on it, select "properties" and in the line "startup type" set "automatically". Click "ok". You may need to restart your computer.
